We assist gently with washing and rinsing while encouraging independence wherever possible. Skin is dried and cared for with attention to comfort, and clean clothing is prepared right away. Every step is taken with kindness, respect, and a focus on the client’s safety and well-being.

Service Agreements

Terms and Conditions – Shower Assistance Package

Package Details:
This package includes a total of 8 shower assistance sessions provided within one month (30 days) from the date of purchase. Each session includes safe and compassionate assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing, as outlined in GentleCare’s service standards.

Price and Payment:

Total package cost: $395.00 (one-time payment)
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
This purchase covers 8 shower sessions only and does not include any additional services.

Scheduling and Usage:

All 8 sessions must be scheduled and completed within 30 days from the purchase date.
Unused sessions after this period will expire and cannot be carried over, transferred, or credited toward future services.
Appointment times are subject to caregiver availability and must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

This is a non-refundable purchase.
If a session needs to be rescheduled, at least 24 hours’ notice must be given.
Missed or canceled appointments without proper notice will be considered used.

General Terms:

GentleCare reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if safety, health, or policy concerns arise.
By purchasing this package, the client (or their representative) agrees to these terms and acknowledges understanding of the service limitations.
